KCFA is gearing up for a terrific 2007-2008 season, and we hope you’ll join us! Activities and events include: the Rising Stars Competition for high school players ~ Members’ Recitals for ALL our members ~ District Audition Workshops to help students prepare for their District Band auditions, both the Missouri and Kansas materials ~ our bi-annual “Celebration” Flute and Harp Recital in conjunction with the Lyra Harp Chapter of the American Harp Society ~ our annual Coaching Session, a very popular event ~ Master Classes (too soon to who yet, but stay tuned!) ~ and more!

We take pride in serving the Kansas City region with activities and events for flutists of all ages. You can also download our Membership form from the Membership button. The KCFA is a dynamic and friendly group, and we welcome all new and renewing members.

Our Newsletter, published three times per year, has a variety of columns of interest to teachers, students, performers, and enthusiasts, plus advertisements of flute businesses, both local and national.
